Truly at Home

Shhhh. This is a safe space, remember?

With the purchase of each of those items, I thought to myself, Yes! All my organizational troubles are gone! WRONG! I have a habit of just tossing my jewelry into the general vicinity of the where it actually belongs. I needed a way to easily organize my jewelry, that still looked pretty.

This bust was my inspiration. I bought it several years ago on Amazon and originally used it as a necklace stand. This was my original thought for my new organizational system, but it was a little too short for my necklaces. To replace it, I found this AMAZING candleabra, which now houses both my necklaces and clasping bracelets.

The rest of my jewelry is housed in various containers, as shown below. My dangle earrings are in small vessels with lids, to contain those who try to escape. Rings, bangles, and stud earrings each have their separate home.

This system has really worked for me! I’ve found it much easier to organize when each type of jewelry has a designated space. Each storage piece is also easily interchangeable. If my jewelry collection grows more, I can find a new option.
